What to Put in Your Request
The more we know up front, the more useful the first conversation is. If you are filling out the form, these details help:
- Photos of the current railing, steps, deck or stair, plus one wide shot of the house or building
- Rough sizes: total feet of railing, how many stair runs, and roughly how high the deck or balcony sits above the ground
- Material or look you have in mind, even if it is just a photo you saved
- The property type: single-family home, condo, apartment building or commercial space
- HOA or design review requirements, such as approved colors or a submittal deadline
- Your timing, especially if there is an SB 721 or SB 326 inspection report, a home sale or a remodel schedule involved
Please leave payment details, passwords and ID numbers out of the form. We never need them to quote a railing.
