Terms of Use
Accepting These Terms
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to your use of sanjosecustomrailing.com. By browsing the site, using the price estimator, submitting a form or calling the number listed here, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Acceptable Use
You are welcome to use the site to research railing options and to request an estimate for a property you own, rent or manage. Please do not submit false or someone else's information, send spam through our forms, try to break or probe the site, or copy it in bulk with automated tools. The text, photos and design of this site belong to San Jose Custom Railing or its licensors, and you may not republish them without permission.
Prices, Ranges and the Estimator
The cost ranges on this site and the results of the railing cost calculator are planning figures. They are not offers, bids or quotes, and neither is a price discussed on the phone or in a preliminary message. Price and scope become binding only in a written contract signed by both parties after an on-site measurement. Site conditions, material prices, permit and engineering requirements, HOA conditions and design changes can all change the final number.
Scheduling and Availability
We cannot guarantee that a crew, a particular material or a specific start date will be available when you contact us. Timing depends on workload, weather, supplier lead times, permit review and HOA approval. Any response or install times mentioned on the site are targets, not promises.
Code, Permit and Safety Information
Pages on this site describe building code rules, permit steps and inspection programs in general terms. That information is general guidance, not legal or engineering advice, and it may not reflect the latest local amendments. See our disclaimer for more, and always confirm requirements with your building department.
Third-Party Services and Links
The site relies on outside services, including a form processor, a spam-protection service, a call-tracking phone provider and a web host, and it links to city, county and state websites. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
No Warranties and Limits on Liability
The site and everything on it are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent the law allows, San Jose Custom Railing and its owners and operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its content. Any warranty on actual railing or gate work is set out only in the written contract for that work.
Governing Law and Venue
California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you agree to that venue.
Updates and Questions
We may revise these terms by posting a new version on this page. Questions about them? Call (408) 409-8723, Monday through Sunday, 7am to 6pm.
